Contact and assessment forms can collect your name, business email, phone number, company, what you sell, target market, message, assessment answers, and related request context. We use it to respond, deliver requested results, operate the service, and protect against abuse.
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. DiscoverAI does not receive or store your full card number. After checkout, our server receives a Stripe Checkout Session identifier and verifies payment status and the purchased product before releasing a download.
The downloaded seller-context dashboard runs as a local HTML file. Its form values stay in that browser's local storage unless you choose to download or copy them. It does not call DiscoverAI or another network service.
Necessary browser storage keeps forms, sessions, consent choices, and assessment progress working. Optional first-party analytics runs only when you allow it. We honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
We use service providers for hosting, security, databases, email delivery, file delivery, analytics infrastructure, and payments. Current providers can include Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, and managed database or storage services. They process data for the service they provide under their own terms and safeguards.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, records, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, rate limits, and signed or payment-verified downloads. No internet service can promise absolute security.
You can decline optional analytics, avoid optional form fields, or ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain. We do not sell personal information or use the Sales Researcher dashboard to collect seller context.
