This notice explains what discoverai.site collects, why it is used, and what remains only on your machine. Last updated September 10, 2026.

Stack onboarding and internal planning

After verified setup payment, we email a unique onboarding link to your purchase account. The form records business requirements, branding, integration details, technical contacts, access arrangements, data requirements, and launch criteria. It is accessible only to the purchasing account and authorized staff. Do not submit passwords, API keys, or real customer records. We retain form revisions and deployment review history for delivery and support. Selected requirements may be processed by our configured AI planning provider, including Anthropic, to draft an internal integration plan. Contact identity fields are excluded from that planning prompt. Staff review the output; the model does not receive deployment tools. Reviewed generic process lessons may guide later builds without sharing your form answers with other customers.

Credit accounts and branding

We store your sign-in email, business branding and requested domain, payment references, credit ledger, usage-job records, and API-key fingerprints. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes; necessary HttpOnly session cookies last up to 14 days. Raw API keys are shown once and are not stored in our database. Account records support access, payment reconciliation, refunds, and fraud prevention.

AI processing

When an activated stack runs a job, the prompt and submitted media references are sent to the configured AI provider, which may include MuAPI and its model partners. We store job status, verified cost, and output links for delivery and billing. Only submit material you have permission to process. Saving branding or buying credits does not itself submit an AI job.

Information you choose to provide

Contact and assessment forms can collect your name, business email, phone number, company, what you sell, target market, message, assessment answers, and related request context. We use it to respond, deliver requested results, operate the service, and protect against abuse.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. DiscoverAI does not receive or store your full card number. For AI stack preorders, Stripe collects payment immediately and stores the transaction and contact details. DiscoverAI keeps the stack and price reference in Stripe metadata and verifies payment status. A preorder does not activate application access. For paid downloads, our server verifies the Checkout session and purchased product before releasing a download. You can request removal of a saved payment method by contacting us.

Local Sales Researcher dashboard

The downloaded seller-context dashboard runs as a local HTML file. Its form values stay in that browser's local storage unless you choose to download or copy them. It does not call DiscoverAI or another network service.

Website storage and analytics

Necessary browser storage keeps forms, sessions, consent choices, and assessment progress working. Optional first-party analytics runs only when you allow it. We honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, security, databases, email delivery, file delivery, analytics infrastructure, and payments. Current providers can include Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, and managed database or storage services. They process data for the service they provide under their own terms and safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, records, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, rate limits, and signed or payment-verified downloads. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics, avoid optional form fields, or ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain. We do not sell personal information or use the Sales Researcher dashboard to collect seller context.
