Know exactly what you receive.

Terms for white-label setup, prepaid credits, and the separate Sales Researcher purchase and license. Last updated September 10, 2026.

Required setup onboarding

After verified setup payment, we send a purchase-specific onboarding link to the email used for your account. Complete and submit this form before buildout and activation. We use your answers to confirm scope, integration access, any additional costs, acceptance tests, and launch approval. Submission does not authorize extra charges or publish your integration. You may save a draft and update it; material changes require renewed review. We arrange credentials separately through a secure method.

White-label stack setup

Stack checkout charges the displayed one-time USD setup fee immediately. Setup covers one stack, one business name, logo, colors, and a domain you control. Custom development is quoted separately. Delivery timing and stack availability must be confirmed before work and activation. Setup is refundable before setup work begins: score@discoverai.site. Brand settings do not automatically connect a domain or activate software. No recurring software subscription starts with this purchase.

Prepaid DiscoverAI credits

Credit buckets are separate one-time purchases: 2,500 credits for $25; 10,000 for $100; 25,000 for $250; and 50,000 for $500. Credits do not expire, automatically renew, or earn interest. They fund usage within activated DiscoverAI stacks and are not cash or transferable currency. AI generation is pending activation. Unused credits are refundable before activation; contact support with your receipt. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

API keys and metered usage

A private DiscoverAI API key is included with your account. Keep it on your server; you are responsible for authorized use. Revoke a compromised key in your workspace. Each job requires a credit quote and spend limit. We reserve credits before submission, settle completed usage, and return unused reservations. Ambiguous provider results remain reserved for review. Rates depend on provider and direct delivery costs and may change for future quotes. Your upstream provider key is not sold or shared.

Customer branding and access

Customers may brand the access delivered through their purchased stack with their business identity. DiscoverAI operates the underlying platform and credit gateway. Required open-source notices and third-party model terms remain applicable. Resale and sublicensing rights depend on the confirmed license and delivery scope for each stack. A refund or payment dispute can suspend access and reverse credits; spent refunded credits may create an account balance due.

Earlier AI stack preorders

An earlier refundable preorder retains the terms shown when it was purchased. It is credited toward the originally agreed software purchase and does not become a new setup fee or subscription without agreement. Contact support to reconcile an earlier deposit.

Sales Researcher product

Sales Researcher v1 is a downloadable Agent Skill, local seller-context dashboard, installers, templates, and documentation. It guides a compatible AI agent through source-linked sales research. It does not include an AI subscription, API credits, proprietary data, contact data, autonomous outreach, or future major versions.

Sales Researcher license

A completed single-user purchase grants one named user a perpetual, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased version for internal business purposes on devices and AI-agent accounts that user controls. You may adapt seller context and output templates for internal use. You may not redistribute, publish, sublicense, resell, or offer the skill or substantially similar copies as a product or service.

Sales Researcher price and delivery

The displayed price is a one-time charge in the currency shown at Stripe Checkout, plus applicable tax. Stripe processes payment. After a completed payment, Checkout returns you to a payment-verified download. Keep the ZIP and your receipt; access to third-party AI products can change independently of DiscoverAI.

Sales Researcher 14-day installation guarantee

If you contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase because the skill cannot be installed on a supported surface described on the product page, allow reasonable troubleshooting, and we cannot resolve the installation problem, we will refund the purchase. This guarantee does not include third-party subscription eligibility, unavailable web or API access, model output preferences, or a buyer's change of mind after successful installation. Rights required by applicable law are not limited.

AI and research limitations

AI output can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Sources, inferred fit, messages, and recommended next steps require human review. The product does not guarantee meetings, revenue, savings, forecast accuracy, legal compliance, or sales outcomes, and it must not be used as professional legal, financial, employment, eligibility, or procurement advice.

Responsible use

Do not use the product to evade access controls, harvest private contact information, misrepresent identity or evidence, send unlawful outreach, discriminate unlawfully, or make automated high-impact decisions. The skill is designed to prepare research and drafts, not contact people or commit resources.

Availability and liability

The download and support are provided with reasonable care, but the software is otherwise provided as is to the extent permitted by law. DiscoverAI is not responsible for third-party AI services, source websites, buyer systems, or indirect or consequential loss. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Changes and governing law

The terms in effect when you purchase govern that purchase. We can update website terms prospectively and will update the date shown here. These terms are governed by Texas law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live.
