Sales Researcher v1 is a downloadable Agent Skill, local seller-context dashboard, installers, templates, and documentation. It guides a compatible AI agent through source-linked sales research. It does not include an AI subscription, API credits, proprietary data, contact data, autonomous outreach, or future major versions.
A completed single-user purchase grants one named user a perpetual, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased version for internal business purposes on devices and AI-agent accounts that user controls. You may adapt seller context and output templates for internal use. You may not redistribute, publish, sublicense, resell, or offer the skill or substantially similar copies as a product or service.
The displayed price is a one-time charge in the currency shown at Stripe Checkout, plus applicable tax. Stripe processes payment. After a completed payment, Checkout returns you to a payment-verified download. Keep the ZIP and your receipt; access to third-party AI products can change independently of DiscoverAI.
If you contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase because the skill cannot be installed on a supported surface described on the product page, allow reasonable troubleshooting, and we cannot resolve the installation problem, we will refund the purchase. This guarantee does not include third-party subscription eligibility, unavailable web or API access, model output preferences, or a buyer's change of mind after successful installation. Rights required by applicable law are not limited.
AI output can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Sources, inferred fit, messages, and recommended next steps require human review. The product does not guarantee meetings, revenue, savings, forecast accuracy, legal compliance, or sales outcomes, and it must not be used as professional legal, financial, employment, eligibility, or procurement advice.
Do not use the product to evade access controls, harvest private contact information, misrepresent identity or evidence, send unlawful outreach, discriminate unlawfully, or make automated high-impact decisions. The skill is designed to prepare research and drafts, not contact people or commit resources.
The download and support are provided with reasonable care, but the software is otherwise provided as is to the extent permitted by law. DiscoverAI is not responsible for third-party AI services, source websites, buyer systems, or indirect or consequential loss. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited as permitted by applicable law.
The terms in effect when you purchase govern that purchase. We can update website terms prospectively and will update the date shown here. These terms are governed by Texas law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live.
